Week in Review

MONDAY
Exercise:  Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim Fast Firming vid; 20 mountainclimbers before breakfast; 15 squat thrusts before lunch; 10 big girl push-ups, 60 sec. plank (w/ 10 sec. each leg lift), and 10 dips before dinner
Calories:  2039
Notes:  Got heavier bands yesterday and will heavy up for the back exercises in the future.  Still love the band idea, and it would travel well, too!  I am going to separate my burpees from my push-ups from now on.  The burpees were also straight off the floor rather than using a 6-in. higher hand placement!  I had hoped to get in an evening workout but am feeling under the weather.  I did not plug my workout into thedailyplate.


TUESDAY
Exercise:  Tony Horton One on One Pay it Forward vid
Calories:  1652
Notes:  Very easy workout, but I did still sweat!  Ran a lot of errands, and the nursling is coming down with something.  Did not get any more activity in.  :(


WEDNESDAY
Exercise:  60 pick yer knees up to yer chest, 50 air squats, 10 pushups, 60 sec. plank, 20 dips, 25 side kicks each leg, yoga Jesus-salutations :) and stretch; step with 5-8 pound weights, 20 mountain climbers, short yoga stretch before dinner; crab walking my hallway, 10 squat thrusts
Calories:  1799
Notes:  Did not get my before-breakfast workout in and found my stress increasing over it, so I decided to do movements in between cooking pancakes for the big, fun fam.  I would love to be able to do 30 push-ups by the end of this challenge.  Right now I struggle just to do 10...  My middle is sore from that easy Tony Horton yesterday.  Love this since I can't do lying abs (hernia repair)!  Tornadoes, maybe?  Some of us are getting sick.  :(


THURSDAY
Exercise:  1 mile walk with the nursling; Turbo Jam 20 min. vid
Calories:  2138
Notes:  Woke up sluggish with sore sides, rump, and shoulders and was thrilled to walk to the P.O. for the Hubs this AM.


FRIDAY
Exercise:  Very brisk, 1-mile walk (with a stop at Family Dollar in the middle)
Calories:  2180
Notes:  Today a pair of my snug pants is loose, and a T-shirt I love ("It's freedom of religion not freedom from religion.") didn't need to be stretched over my knees to fit!


SATURDAY
Exercise:  "Mountain" climbing; 60 air squats
Calories:  1960
Notes:  I feel like I fizzled out this week in the activity department.  :(


SUNDAY
Rest


*My calorie goal is 2200 while breastfeeding.
