Week in Review

Yeah, this isn't gonna happen today.  Just for the record, when I don't post my Week in Review it's because I'm messin' up!  But I am hopeful.  There is desire to move.  I feel good about this, as it usually leads to more fervor.  :)  While I'm here let me just share that your comments inspire me every day!  I can't thank y'all enough for that.

Pushin' through the pain!

  2. It's good that the desire is still there. I concur with Deb!

  3. April is a new month and a way to get motivated again. Go for a short walk and you'll find that once you are out the door, the desire to turn it into a longer outing will be there.

Good luck and stay motivated! :)

  4. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Girl, we gotta move to make anything happen. I came to realize this, and it just has to be this way!

Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in over a month and I feel great today! Ready for another round!

We need to think more of ourselves and push through those feelings of not wanting to.
You can do it, I have super uber faith in you!!!

  5. Pauline!

Forgive my off-topic comment. Your comment about "alrighty then" cracked me up! You didn't see it, but the Type 2 guy had a second longer comment on my column where he was really going off and it was deleted by the blog administrator as the spam it was. I was mostly "responding" to that other comment. I would also suggest to you that the book, "The End of Overeating." by David Kessler addresses the issues that frustrate you. Even if you do not want to buy it, consider looking on-line and read about his views. Anyway, I really appreciate your commenting on my column!

  6. Yes cooments are such a great motivator. I sometimes wonder if anybody actually reads what i post other than search engines. Thanks so much Pauline.

  7. In research, we say it isn't a study worth doing if there aren't at least three major disasters.

    Perhaps the analogue is applicable.
