In my experience, spending time doing nothing leads to (almost chronic) aches, pains, and fatigue. As I shared previously, adding even a small amount of exercise makes you feel taller and more limber and healthy very quickly! And I love that. It seems once you begin a habit of doing nothing, it lends to more doing nothing because of how bad you feel, but if you just make yourself move that 1 time a momentum of change begins. :)
