Week in Review

Expect a blow-by-blow account next week, plus a weigh-in!  I had some pitfalls this week but am happy to come out on this side the victor.  I did partake in a bit of overeating and not paying attention to what I was eating (yeah, intuitive eating is so not for me right now!), but I also got in some great activity and had fun doing it.  I enjoyed park playgrounds with the bigfunfam, a few hill sprints, some walk/run intervals, air squats, and kicking around the soccer ball.  I think my very favorite was a hanging handle on a short track at the park that you grab, lift your legs, and then propel forward.  So much fun, and I want one in my backyard!  :)  Can't wait to color on my thermometer...

Pushin' through the pain!

  1. Hanging Handle: Can you get a photo of that? I am not picturing it and it sounds fun.

  5. When I eat intuitively, I intuitively know I'm making an excuse to ever-eat, or deviate from my oh-so-wonderful plan!

  6. Ooo I love those handle things! Actually, it's amazing how playgrounds are perfect for workouts. Unfortunately, those of us without kids look kind of creepy when frequenting playgrounds alone... alas!
