Calories: What are these again?
Notes: We still have the upchucks and the blowouts, as it always takes a while to pick us all off. Thankfully I have just felt a little queasy here-and-there and really believe the spices in Hillbilly Housewife's Chai Tea Mix (scroll down, about 95 cals) have helped me keep it at bay! I was hoping to be back into counting calories today and just walking a mile, because I am looking forward to weighing this week. It's been a couple of weeks since I've done this, and I have no idea where I am in progress (or lack thereof)... Anyway, my fuse seems to be short today.
Notes: I feel a touch of nausea but am fighting the good fight!
Exercise: 1-mile walk
Notes: I plan to count calories today! WOOHOOO! :) MAN it feels good to get a shot of protein... Also gettin' my wig smoked today. And by nightfall my track meet with the potty has finally begun, after everyone else is well. Figures! Walked anyway, as I'm tired of being cooped up inside and just needed the fresh air.
Exercise: I ambled.
Calories: Definitely under.
Notes: One day, no one under my roof will be sick! :) Oh this has been a nasty... Just me and one son left with it, but we shall overcome.

Notes: So another bust of a week. :( I do so hope that next week will yield different results! We will be well, and I will be active, and I will count calories! Sure puts not wanting to do these things in perspective, because now that I can't, it's all I wanna do! LOL! I may weigh today just to see what's going on, but I'm scared too. While I've not eaten copious amounts of food, there's been a lot of salt, ginger ale, and a sedentary, large lady for two straight weeks. YIKES! I have no idea what to expect. AND does this mean I've lost 2 weeks worth of muscle tone? NOT HAPPY!
