I'll take it!
1 pound, 1 portion of 1 pound, call it what you like! I know I messed up last week. As I've pondered why I've not treated this with my usual conquer the competition attitude I learned something really wonderful about myself: I'm not just in it for this competition. I'm in it for the long haul. Everything has led me to this place, and I am content.
Pushin' through the pain!

ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. It is true I haven't blogged for a long time. I am too busy with my life now. Sometimes at the end of the day I just close my eyes and fall asleep. Fortunately Bengbeng no longer screams in pain while asleep since two days ago.
ReplyDeleteMy son is taking advantage of our present crisis to slack in his school work :( Being a caregiver is not easy but he is my husband and I am his wife. And indeed lfe must go on
I say congrats on the point-3 lbs down!... celebrate any loss. Sure you want more. As long as you know why you did not get more, then you are armed for getting after more this week. Remember what you said, "I'm in it for the long haul."
