Week in Review

MONDAY
Exercise:  Nothing
Calories:  2065
Notes:  Oh God, please help me.  How can I accomplish the goals I have set for today?  Part of it is my fault, as I was up too late watching "Yi San".  Then I spent 3 hours walking around and swaying with a feverish nursling.  Oh this is not good for an over-productive dairy bar needing relief!  I am right back where I started; the floods are dammed-up.  From the ends of the earth will I cry unto Thee, when my heart is overwhelmed.  Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.  Happy Valentine's Day all.  After this rough morning The Hubs caused me to rejoice by surprising me with the coveted Supreme 90!  That guy.  He's my hero.  Off to make sure the kids are into their math...

TUESDAY
Exercise:  Crab soccer, a bit of basketball, 5 hill sprints, 20 mountain climbers, 10 burpees, 20 push-ups, planks, wheelbarrow race attempt and fail
Calories:  2382
Notes:  Today I crab-walked quite a ways pretty well!  I also blocked in b-ball while toting the nursling on my hip.  I was really excited about the wheelbarrow races!  We all paired up, but every time The Hubs picked up my feet I face-planted.  LOL!  I could not pick up my middle.  Oh we had fun though!  Our family of 7 is louder than an entire schoolyard of children.  I don't know why we hoot and holler so much; we just seem to really get into it!  Poor neighborhood subjected to our loud family and its crazy goings on...

WEDNESDAY
Exercise:  1 on 1 b-ball with my teenager, playground fun
Calories:  2389~corrected!  Originally accidentally hit a 5 in place of 2.  Wow.
Notes:  I was beat by 2 baskets!  Followed that with 5 hill sprints, a few light isometrics, a race walking on both hands and feet, ring around the rosey, and duck, duck, goose!  This is the 2nd day I've struggled with hunger.  

THURSDAY
Exercise:  1 mile walk, light game of Frisbee
Calories:  2155
Notes:  Wanted to go light today, as I'm starting a more rigorous exercise program tomorrow!

FRIDAY
Exercise:  Supreme 90 Chest and Back
Calories:  2144
Notes:  I am WAY excited about S90!

SATURDAY
Exercise:  S90 Ultimate Ball
Calories:  2116
Notes:  I feel like a gladiator after completing this workout and think this is a favorite for sure!  The title causes all my boys to snicker though...  I don't know how to express what I'm feeling about weighing in tomorrow.  I have no expectations though I think I may be content, no matter what.  My pecs are sore from yesterday, but because everything on large lady has hangs down it feels like my armpits are sore...

SUNDAY
Rest

*My calorie goal is 2200 while breastfeeding.

  1. I so enjoy reading about your family. I picture you guys in my mind--& it's such a beautiful image. It's the kind of family I long to have--who spends time doing things together & having so much fun while you're at it.

    I've never heard of supreme 90, but sounds great, glad you like it. I hope the little one is feeling better, it's always hard when they are sick.

    Hang in there & keep up the good work girly :)

  5. haha...to tell you the truth, i have no idea what S90 is. i've seen people talk about it on the blogosphere, but i just smile and nodd.
